NOTE ON 6 STAR COMPLIANCE & BUSHFIRE ATTACK:

All new homes will need to comply with the 6 star energy requirements, and the requirements of a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) assessment. For the purposes of standard pricing we will assume a BAL-Low rating, and will adopt the above stated Energy Efficiency Measures. Please note ratings may vary according to orientation and site conditions, and confirmation of ratings will be subject to a site inspection.
